Dream Vision Painting – 2-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty

At Dream Vision Painting, we stand proudly behind the quality and craftsmanship of our work. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we back our painting services with a 2-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship from the date of project completion.


What This Warranty Covers

This warranty ensures that all vertical, non-metal painted surfaces will remain free from peeling, blistering, or chipping due to poor workmanship for 24 months after your project is completed.

Any light carpentry work performed in connection with your project (such as reinstallation of trim or fixtures) is covered for 6 months.

If a covered defect occurs, Dream Vision Painting will provide repair services at no additional labor cost during standard business hours:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To report a defect, please contact us immediately — early reporting helps prevent further damage. Reach us by:

Include the following:

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • A copy of your original contract

  • Proof of full payment

All warranty work must be approved in writing by Dream Vision Painting.


Exclusions – What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Work not completed by Dream Vision Painting

  • Projects where paint or materials were not provided by us

  • Varnished or galvanized metal surfaces

  • Horizontal or moisture-prone surfaces (e.g., decks, stairs, roofs, porches)

  • Normal wear and tear or damage due to prior coatings

  • Cracks from building movement or settling

  • Bleeding from knots, rust, or cedar

  • Structural defects or substrate moisture issues

  • Damage from chemicals, abuse, pressure washing, or extreme weather

  • Exact color match (due to natural aging and environmental exposure)

Repairs will be limited to affected areas only, with the same surface preparation as the original work.


To Qualify for Warranty Service

Customers must:

  • Pay the full original contract price

  • Retain a copy of the signed agreement

  • Provide proof of payment (e.g., receipt or canceled check)

  • Pay for any materials needed for repair

  • Allow access to the property for repair work
